New Delhi: According to the VAHAN Portal, Ola Electric said on Monday that it registered 30,219 vehicles in December 2023, accounting for 40% of the market for electric two-wheelers (E2W). According to a press statement from the firm, the month saw its largest monthly registrations ever and a 74% year-over-year (Y-o-Y) growth over the same month the previous year.

In December, Ola Electric achieved a significant achievement by manufacturing 4,000,00 scooters in just two years. According to the firm, it has also become the first E2W maker in history to register more than 2.65 lakh registrations in a single calendar year (based on the VAHAN Portal).

Recently, Ola Electric added five new scooters to its lineup. The company's flagship luxury E-scooter, the S1 Pro (2nd Generation), is priced at INR 1,47,499, while the S1 Air is offered for INR 1,19,999. To meet the needs of riders with different tastes, it has also released the S1X in three variants: S1 X+, S1 X (3kWh), and S1 X (2kWh). Right now, the ex-showroom pricing of INR 109,999 is INR 89,999 with a flat INR 20,000 deal on the S1 X+.
According to the press release, the S1 X (3kWh) and S1 X (2kWh) registration windows are open at INR 999 and will be offered for an initial price of INR 99,999 and INR 89,999, respectively.
